1. Your Right to Return

Under the Consumer Rights Regulations 2013 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a reason. This right applies to all orders placed by consumers (not businesses).

2. The 14-Day Period

The 14-day period runs from the date you receive your package. To meet the deadline, you must notify us of your intention to return your goods before the 14-day period expires. Late notice will result in forfeiture of return rights.

3. Conditions for Returns

For Full Refund:

• The product must be in original, unopened packaging
• All contents must be intact and undamaged
• Seals must not have been broken
• For food supplements, unopened condition is essential for food safety and hygiene reasons

Opened or Used Products: Due to food safety regulations, opened or partially used supplements cannot be accepted for return or resold, even if most of the product remains. This is a legal requirement for food products.

To return your order:

1. Contact us within the 14-day window with your order number
2. Provide a reason for your return (optional)
3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
5. Send it to the address we provide
6. Keep tracking proof for your records

5. Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we agree otherwise.

Returns Due to Our Error: If you received the wrong product or a defective item due to our mistake, we will arrange and cover return shipping.

6. Refund Processing

Upon receiving and inspecting your return:

• We will inspect the product to confirm it meets return conditions
• If accepted, we will process your full refund within 14 working days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method or by bank transfer

9. Cancellation Before Delivery

You can cancel your order for free at any time before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel. Once the courier has collected your package, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still use our 14-day return period.
